Glacier Peaks Hotel

Stayed June 2024. Was able to book with minimal notice. Even when I checked in and was told it was fully booked, it never felt crowded. One of two families at the hotel pool. Not fancy yet reasonably priced. Easy directions from the airport. Going-to-the-Sun road was still closed for snow and ice in mid June. Dress warmly. Hotel staff kind.

We had a spacious, Comfortable room, and felt it was great value for a nights stay. We had a warm welcome from reception, the hotel was super clean, nicely decorated and the night we stayed it was super quiet, super comfy bed and linens resulting in a great nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty good too with a mix of hot and cold choices.

Stayed here for four nights in early fall. As far as hotels go, I would rate this one as average. The rooms are comfortable enough however the walls are paper thin. I could hear people's conversations whenever someone was in the room next to me. One woman had a super annoying dog that barked constantly and I had to ask to change rooms. The girl at the counter was very sympathetic and changed my room immediately. The breakfast is actually pretty good. There was eggs, bacon or sausages and one day even had mini omelettes. There's also nice bagels, a waffle machine, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a few other things. The restaurant next door (inside the casino) is very basic and the food is very mediocre. Browning is not a bad place to stay if you're planning on visiting Glacier National Park. T

If you’re looking for somewhere nice & convenient to stay on the east side of Glacier National Park this is a great choice. It is a very nice hotel, well furnished, attractive and very clean. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful, went overboard to make sure we got the best price, even to the point of making sure we got the senior discount when we checked in. The breakfast was top quality and well staffed by a very pleasant person. It is a great location within short driving distance to East Glacier park entrance and only about 30 minutes or so from St. Mary.

The price is similar to national park’s accommodation. If we knew the food option is way less we would have went with the national park’s one. We were assigned to the room above the pool pump which was noisy and vibrating. The hotel staff was very nice and changed the room for us immediately.
