Little Bear Vacation Rentals

My family and I stayed at a property managed by Little Bear for Thanksgiving week 2024. We found and rented the house via airbnb. When we got there the house was not adequately clean, there were some issues with the number of towels and wash cloths available, and there wasn't adequate cookware in the kitchen to prepare any meal, much less a Thanksgiving meal for 13. The house was advertised to accommodate 14. We made Little Bear aware of the issues. It took them some time, but most of the requests were handled. My dad, who actually rented the house, left an honest review on the airbnb posting of the house. 2 stars, but the written out review stated basically what I mentioned above. The last line of the review stating that we'd be back to Hiawassee and would rent from Little Bear Again...

We needed a temporary place to live while looking for permanent residence.Robbyn and Sharon were so accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a very good experience with little bear rentals. I would highly recommend them for any short or long stays in the area.
