Title: Friendly staff, fair price — but the rooms need serious improvement Review: The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. They tried to assist whenever possible and the service attitude was good. However, the room itself was disappointing. The bedding smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there were even cigarette marks/burns on it, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness and room condition clearly need much more attention. If the hotel improves the rooms, bedding quality, and overall maintenance, it could be a good place to stay because the staff and pricing are actually strong points. Right now though, the rooms really let the place down.

Worst hotel I’ve ever walked foot into. The moment you check in, you know you’ve made a mistake. The lobby is a liquor store and the clerk is behind bullet proof glass. We got to our room and it was dirty and if walls could talk, I’m sure they would have a lot to say. There was a blood splatter stain by the bed, patched holes in the wall, the door itself looked like it had been kicked in during some kind of dispute (I have photos to prove). The comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes and my we found short, dark, curly hairs on a pillow. We immediately felt unsafe in this disgusting environment. We went to our party (the reason we were in town) and had to leave early because our children were sick at home. This was around midnight. I told the front desk that we had to check out and go

STAY AWAY !! BLOOD STAINS ON ROOM CARPET, FRONT DESK DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS, NO TOWELS . ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER OR OWNER BUT THEY ALL PLAYING GAMES. WOULD LIKE THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. BAIT & SWITCH. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Ideal for families, this hotel offered us a wonderful experience. Our suite was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play and sleep comfortably. The pool had a separate shallow section for children, and the kids’ club organized fun activities. The restaurant had a good selection of meals, including healthy options. The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting nearby parks and museums. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Since redone the room was clean and nice,they had food an alcohol and they⅞ worked with me on the hours I needed to get in there earlier and they accommodated me. I didn't like the some of the people that were hanging out outside and and they kept asking me for cigarettes and money the only other thing was the potholes in the parking lot. Other then that the room was nice and the staff was friendly.
