Knights Inn Trevose

I stayed here as a cheap option when I couldn’t afford a hotel for the weekend and I was not pleased at all . I stayed a total of 5 nights and the first night wasn’t terrible the second night we went to a different room and there were rats in our room at night! And we heard the all night ! The next three nights we upgraded to a king and the first room they gave it smelled like someone pissed in the a/c and it smelled the whole room of piss . We asked for a new room and the guy at the front desk said “it usually smells like that when the heat is turned on” after going back in forth he agreed to change our room and ended up giving us a unclean king room ! The sheets smelled so funky and the bathroom was clearly left untouched . They just made the bed with the same dirty sheets and the bathro

We paid a lot for a two night stay in a hot tub suite. The first thing I noticed was the crumbs all over the counter by the microwave. Eh. I can clean that up, no one is perfect I thought. Yea. Next I noticed the dark spots all over the toilet seat. I hoped they were stains but no they wiped||Up easily with water. The tub itself looked great ! Other than all the odd looking stains and discoloration. But let’s not forget about the floor ! It kinda moved with every step. Fun ! Still the final straw was the door. When I starred to close it I noticed the filth all over it. Much from dirty hands closing the door. But the top had been hit with some kinda stormy. We checked out immediately and hoped for a discount but nope. We paid for two full days after staying for less

if i could rate negative stars i would. this was the most disgusting motel i have ever been too. checked in and immediately checked out. no refund. room smelled so bad (cigarettes and odors), cigarette holes in the bed, dirty WALLS EVEN! trash on floor from previous guest. No refund, NO APOLOGY! Absolutely rude staff. STAY AWAY! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR CHILDREN HERE!

Positive: HORRIBLE. Negative: Everything is dirty, terrible uncomfortable smell. At 9:50 am their was snocking door.

Room had space between front door and lock like it was broken into before, also unsafe. One sheet for blanket and a rug covers bed. One sheet during winter. Shower curtain has blood or poo stain and there’s stains on outer tub and floor is very gross. Towels are kid sized as largest. I left uncleaned!
