I can't even tell you how disappointing the customer service is here. I was looking forward to a massage and facial that my husband booked for me. We came here a few times before and enjoyed the service. But until yesterday is when I will never go back ever again. They called less than 24hours late evening saying my appointment has to be changed to a different time. I told them that was the only time I would be available. I wouldn't have a problem to change to a differetent day if it wasn't so difficult to book this one in the first place. It took us a month to book this appointment because they always have something come up. They aren't open the the days stated on the website. Then it gets better, I asked if I could get deep tissue.
