Lee's Corner Motel

It had been a long and emotional day and by 9 p.m. my daughter and I just needed shelter. We found it at Lee's Corner. George, the proprietor, quoted us a real price that included taxes and fees, which I liked very much. These rooms are nothing fancy, but the cotton blankets on the beds are what I'd expect in an expensive room in a major city. Ditto for the luxurious towels. The WiFi was great. And everything was clean. Our room included a microwave and a refrigerator, plus cable TV, which we were too tired to enjoy. The bathroom was immaculate, with good water pressure. The place has its own funky charm: it's not for everyone, but I liked it. And it's across the street from an ice cream joint, which any kid would love. George clearly cares about his customers.

We stayed here because it was an affordable place on the way to Gore Mountain (about 25 minutes). The room was spacious and I thought it was clean by motel standards. No cigarette smell as a previous reviewer noted. The wifi worked for my friend, but not for me. A small bar soap was provided, but no shampoo or conditioner, so bring you own!||||They provided a shovel outside, in case of snow. There's also a skinny porch with chairs outside of each room, although the place is close to the road, so it's probably not the most relaxing place to sit.

Third time staying at this motel. Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Very clean, but defiantly not modern. My only complaint is that the hot water and wifi went out after the first night and never returned the rest of my stay.

This motel was conveniently located 2.5 miles away from The Natural Stone Bridge Caves tourist attraction, The owner/operator and his family live on site. One can tell that the rooms are decorated and cleaned with pride. Reception at the check in was very warm and inviting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable. The room I had was stocked with current maps and tourist information for the area. The rooms are air conditioned, and have a clean refrigerator, microwave, cable TV as well as WIFI. Across the road is an ice cream stand. Near by there are a few restaurant's and a gas station. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Booked this motel for the first night of our motorcycle trip through the States to New Brunswick. It is very basic and affordable. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The whole room was very clean, especially the bathroom! Would definitely recommend this little motel. Across the road is an ice cream place and a short walk down the road is Cafe Adirondack. We had breakfast in the morning in town at The Black Bear. Awesome!
