Review for RV Rental Lot #44–Privately owned + Rental. Trees+ weeds overgrown on RV Lot. Palm tree frowns impede exit from Coach. Owner unwilling to fix.RV Pad is cracked. 30amp not working. Other Rv Lots are available. The park is nice w/pool & dock. Wi-Fi is weak. Residents are friendly.
A Lovely winter resort. Can now get mortgages on park models. Pool, club house, boat launch into St John's River, close to restaurants, post office what else could you ask for!
Lazy Days is an association with deeded RV Lots. It's about 50/50 Park Models and RV Lots. Owner occupied by most, but some owners rent their property. It's a great hidden gem in Welaka, FL.
I am a previous owner here and it is a very nice place to visit or live.
