Latitude 26 Waterfront Resort and Marina - Fort Myers Beach

We stayed at the 17863 address: Latitude has another resort a little bit closer to fort myers beach. The location was great: just a few miles from FMB and less than 2 miles from grocery stores, walmart and great restaurant choices. The pool and the kayaks were VG (even saw a dolphin right off the dock) the bikes were dated. The breakfast was prepackaged but free. Staff service, other people staying at the resort and the room were very good. If you want a better breakfast and room you probably need to go somewhere else, but you'd pay a much higher price. we were happy.

The location was great only 2 miles from the beach. Great restaurant right next-door walking distance. Atmosphere was beautiful. A canal runs right behind the resort. Rooms were beautiful , completely remodeled. Comes with a mini fridge microwave and even a small little electric fireplace that puts out heat and good for mood setting. I would say the value of the room is a definite 10 out of 10. I really enjoyed it and the staff was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Easy check in easy check out! Trip at the end of November at the same place. Thank you staff for being so accommodating.

We found this little gem of a place that felt just like Key West. We were welcomed and greeted by Joe, who was so nice and made sure that our kids had a great stay. He even pulled out a ping-pong table for them. The pool was beautiful and clean, and there was plenty of seating throughout. We noticed a barbecue grill and several bar areas for gathering along with seating along the water that led to the kayaks and paddle boards. They have fishing poles available and even bicycles. Their complementary breakfast was perfect for our on the go Baseball family. This location was about 15 minutes from the Lee Health Sports Complex where the Minnesota Twins have spring training. We attended a tournament at these grounds so this was a convenient location. Our room was perfect as it was a suite that

Nice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area.  The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

I absolutely loved the boat house!! Stayed from Wednesday to Saturday The week of Thanksgiving. The boat is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. Was clean and had amazing views. Close to Fort Myers Beach, stores and restaurants. There was access to bicycles, and kayaks to use on-site free of charge.
