Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort - Fort Myers Beach

Not directly on the beach but they have great prices. A fun atmosphere, amazing staff! Such a fun place to stay. Highly recommend. The breakfast saves time and money. A quick bus ride and you are on the beach. The pool wasn’t overly crowded. They offer complimentary bikes, beach chairs and umbrella’s. Even beach towels that you can check out.

This is our 2nd time here. This little resort is friendly, accommodating and very clean. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is clean and showers are hot and refreshing. They have little touches everywhere to make you feel comfortable. The Breakfast adds a nice touch located near the pool. One of the nicest areas is near the Marina where you can sit and relax, have a nice fire (propane) which is cozy. Lots of parking. Very quiet. Even has laundry facilities. Which was great. The pool and area was exceptionally clean and they even offer kayaks and bicycles at no charge. Thanks for making our vacation relaxing and fun🌴 See you in November 2026 Lisa & Steve Levesque

Positive: Location and grounds were great. Negative: Breakfast was very meager. A few limited cereal options and bagels in plastic. Pop tarts. More effort needed here. Bathroom smelled of sewer gas and had drain flies because they let the shower drain go dry. So much potential but quality checks needed.

Excellent stay! Came down to visit some friends and chose this place as it was pretty close. Great location and easy to access the island. Staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful, checkin was easy, even got us in a little early.||Rooms are a little dated, bathroom is pretty small but completely functional. Breaky doesn’t have much for healthy options, but at least something if you need it. Kayaks to check out was a nice bonus, my kids had a great time in the marina. I’d recommend for sure and I’d stay again.

We absolutely loved this place. Very clean and so cute. They even checked us in early and upgraded our room for free. Highly recommend. Beautiful view of the boat docks. Only 5 min drive to the beach. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to all our family and friends!
