LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort

Our stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, immaculate grounds, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the relaxing luxury of Naples. What truly made the stay special, though, was the service. Ken Minke went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares so much about making guests feel welcome and taken care of, and Ken absolutely delivered. Between the amazing accommodations, the gorgeous beach, and the outstanding service, this was one of the best resort stays we’ve ever had

The hotel has a lot to offer: uncomplicated and friendly welcome upon arrival, valet parking staff helpful and efficient, three great swimming pools and a nice whirlpool, a beautiful beach with great sand. The chairs are quite confortable, and the staff will provide you with enough towels and umbrellas. They are helpful and efficient. The rooms (we had a sea view) are quite spacious and confortable: nothing fancy, but the beds are confortable, the bathroom just large enough. The balcony is large enough to sit comfortably. The wifi works well. Housekeeping was always on time and efficient. One of my favorite hotels! Stay there every year!!

The service from Kimone at the Baleen was exceptional! The location was and views were incredible!! The only reason we gave a lower overall rating is due to the receptionists at the front desk of the Baleen. They were far from friendly and inviting. We frequent several local high end establishments and have never had such an unwelcoming experience.

Beautiful resort with outstanding service and amazing sunset views. The rooms are well maintained and have absolutely NO ODOR, which is so rare when you're right on the water. The best part about our stay here was the service. It was exceptional from the beach to poolside to housekeeping. We were very well taken care of by a young, happy team that seemed to be always around when needed, but never hovered. We were particularly impressed with the young men who kept the beach, beach chairs, and umbrellas wonderfully maintained and orderly. A very special thank you to housekeeping, and Kim Hawxhurst in particular, for returning some serums and items that I had forgotten there in the nightstand.
