Land of Waterfalls RV Campground

We recently stayed at this beautiful campground. The grounds and sites were impeccably groomed and had lovely landscaping throughout. Although it does not offer amenities such as bathhouse or laundry at this time (clearly stated on the website), the owner Brian told us of his plans to hopefully add these at a later time. Wifi was fantastic and we had no trouble with connections or streaming. The location is ideal for any adventures in the Brevard, Hendersonville, or Pisgah areas. The sites offer full hookups, and are level and very large. Highly recommended!

We have a large 5th wheel and cannot easily get into all sites. We had no problem getting in their site. It was well maintained and had beautiful plantings between the sites for privacy. We enjoyed the use of their fire pit and made some s’mores while there. Thank you for the great experience.

I actually write this from site 12 where a later reviewer indicated they had difficulty with wi-fi. I experience NO SUCH PROBLEM in December 2025. I am here for my first of a few nights. The campground is small, private and quiet - just what I want. And the process of checking in has been frictionless. It may be somewhat automated; it certainly moves with that degree of ease and quickness.

This is one of the nicest small RV parks we've used! Great location, very well kept, nice sized sites with electric, water and sewer. Lots of grassy areas to walk your dogs and our site was very private! We only dealt with the staff via text messages, but they were prompt in responding and very accommodating when we had to change our dates by 1 week. We will definitely be back when we return to the Brevard/Hendersonville area! Absolutely loved it here! Added some pix of a few of the waterfalls we explored while here!

We stayed here for the month of March 2025. No T-Mobile signal for voice-phone or data in the campground. You must connect to the campground Wi-Fi, which was very good. We were able to stream (2) TVs plus computers. Good T-Mobile signal outside the campground, though. Site #10 was long enough for my 38' 5th wheel, tow truck, and car park to park, but very narrow. Only wide enough for the RV with the stairs down. But Site #10 was the only narrow site. There’s a nice landscape between sites as well. Sites 1 through 5 are back-in and are down near the entrance. They have more space around them, but not as good of views of the mountains across the street, to the south.
