Lakeway Resort & Spa

We had a great stay, the welcoming atmosphere was amazing. Elvis the valet attendant was a very authentic person and always had great energy! He welcomed everyone with the great energy. The front desk was amazing as well. Thank you Elvis for the good energy! The room could use some upgrades/new baseboards as our family experience a lot of dust which caused a lot of allergies. However, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you Lakeway for a great experience!

We love this resort! Elvis was an amazing bell hop. We have been here several times and he is southern hospitality with a great personality. He goes above and beyond for the customer's experience. We also enjoyed the live music!

I stayed at the Lakeway resort New Year’s Eve and it was great! The views on the balcony are something you got to see! The room and amenities were also top notch. Room was clean and they even provided smores and a mini fire which really capped everything off well!

Positive: Location + most rooms are lake view rooms Negative: Other than the lakefront location, nothing great about this hotel. Rooms are very ordinary - nothing fancy.It is soooo soooo far from Austin airport though. Might've reached faster by from California. J/K

The service that Kim at the front desk gave was awesome. She is super pleasant and was very helpful. Also, the bartender was really happy to be there, which made my experience great. The room was fine, but the bathroom is needing an upgrade. The tub is super old school and the curtain had water all over the restroom.
