Lakeville Inn

We stay in hotels a lot. One small item that impressed me here was that they have a towel rack for the hand towel by the sink. I am not sure I have ever experienced that. The other was the outstanding hot breakfast. They had a wonderful omelet as well as the normal food.

As regular travelers we are very frequent Hampton/Hilton guests and can honestly say that the Hampton Lakeville is top notch. We’ve stayed here dozens of times and Robert, Remy, and the entire staff are always committed to creating a great guest experience. The hotel is clean, including the pool area which other hotels often neglect. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean, well appointed, and beds are very comfortable. I work remotely and the high speed internet is super reliable over multi day stays and they have printer access as well. Location is terrific with restaurants, grocery, movie theater, convenience store all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the rooms were good. Staff was quickly responsive to a maintenance request. I dislike the barn door that slides to close either the bathroom or the closet. There is a continental breakfast, but the oatmeal is make your own from a package. The rooms and amenities are well maintained. There's a gym with free weights, TRX, and some cardio machines. There is also an indoor swimming pool.

To Hilton Hotels: We just stayed here for the first time, for two nights, Fri/Sat 8-8 and 8-9-25. This was an otherwise typical stay in a mid-grade hotel that I would never take the time to comment about. What warrants a comment is the positive energy coming from your man Robert, on duty Saturday and Sunday morning. It is amazing how one person treats and interacts with others can lift the spirits of everyone in the room that is paying attention. I noticed this the first morning, and was pleased to see he was on duty the rest of the day, and again the next morning. I don’t know what his position is there, and would have spoken to him directly, but did not see him as we left today. This guy is an asset that should be rewarded, and cloned. Overall this place was really good. My complaints are minimal but also impacted the stay. The bathroom is set up really funky- the bathroom door is also the sliding closet door, the sink in small and tends to get water everywhere and the shower you have to get in to turn it on. They service rhe room every two days but this apparently did not include the sheets or checking bath supplies like shower gel. The staff was friendly and helpful when called they were quick and efficient. The breakfast was decent for an included meal.
