Holiday Inn & Suites Minneapolis - Lakeville by IHG

What a great hotel!! We used to stay at another Lakeville hotel on our visits but no more- this hotel looks recently remodeled, VERY quiet rooms, clean and had a cool waterpark! Great value and staff were so helpful and pleasant. Bathroom was small but good shower and practical with what we needed. Beds were comfortable and great pillows. This is our new favorite hotel in Twin Cities!

FeliCa was great! Always willing to help with any needs I give her 5 stars alone. It is a great place for a family. The water park offers a lot to all ages big hot tub. Water slide and kiddo pool

One of the better basic 3star hotels we've stayed at Ease of check in was nice the dudes at the counter were more than polite and helpful. The rooms are very accommodating and clean. The pool area is my fav, classy pool side rooms with a little pavilion area to sit and gather with vending. Charming. The pool is decent and has a slide except they gotta run it and be present the whole time. I would have given 5 stars but the lady operating the slide made it seem like a chore to have to do it for us but I specifically picked this hotel for the slide and my kids only got to go down once which was kind of a bummer and beware becuz it empties into shallow water and u hit the bottom fast n hard. We stayed here for 6 nights and had a 50th anniversary party for my parents. It was perfect. Several of our guests had children and also stayed here and having the wonderful indoor pool was perfect to keep them busy. Besides the hotel being extremely clean, an added bonus was having Rudy’s Red Eye Grill on site and our family members gathered there often for food and cocktails. The hotel also allows dogs and that was appreciated as we have a 4 pound dog we always travel with. I will add one more thing, as I mentioned we hosted an event and Jillian who organizes events was wonderful to work with. We used the small Heritage room that was just the right size for 40 people. We have been coming to the lakeville holiday inn for many years. We love this place and our kids have so much fun! Felicia was working in the pool and atrium during our most recent stay tonight and she was such a gem. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. She worked her butt off and there were a ton of people here tonight. Most hotels would have been without towels and have overflowing garbages with this many guests. We were very impressed.
