My wife and I did take out from here, and the food wasn't horrible is how I want to put it. The corn and potatoes were really delicious along with the fries. The only thing that really got me disappointed was that my bison burger was a little burnt 😕. The one thing that my wife and really enjoyed most coming from here was the Huckleberry milkshakes!! They were so smooth, rich, and delicious. I have never been disappointed in them when I have come through Trout Creek.

This review is for the restaurant for breakfast. We were in for a wedding. My husband and I ordered the Chicken fried steak. Thank you Joann for cooking a wonderful breakfast. I have to say their Chicken Fried Steak is exceptional. My hubby is very picky with his breakfast. Eggs were as ordered and came out hot and in a timely matter. We were so happy that we went back 2 times. We brought our chug puppies and were allowed to eat outside with them. That is a huge plus for us. Beautiful to see the lake while enjoying your breakfast. Was having dinner.... I had pulled pork nachos. I ordered a Marguerita. It was awful.|It was blue sweetened sugar water with some Tequila added. Disgusting.|Our waitress was Amanda. |Please... have someone train these people on mixing cocktails...especially the simply ones. Add some garnish, as well. |I will not return to eat here until these problems are addressed.

Loved our stay here! Great place to get away with the kids. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating areas. Owners and staff were always kind and helpful. On site restaurant was so convenient and the food was great. Rented the pontoon boat one day and had a blast! Highly recommend.

A beautiful place to relax. Comfortable beds, wonderful gift shop. Great and friendly service.
