This is the only RV park that I have looked at and talked to the owners and I am totally impressed with this one. Tiffany and her mom seems super super sweet. And they don't tolerate garbage like a lot of these other RV parks. I had totally decided against any RV park until I went and saw and talked to the people at this one.
I've lived here for a month now and I will admit it's not perfect but I truly like living here. It's quiet and the location is wonderful. It has many qualities that are a pleasant surprise. Everyone that owns and operates the park has been friendly and pleasant. I do recommend this park for anyone looking for a very affordable place to do RV living.
My dad lives here. The price is good, and its all bills paid... otherwise not really anything to sing about. In the winter they dont have the water line insulated well, so it freezes quite often or they just turn off everyone's water (without telling the renters) to keep it from freezing. They also raise the price if my dad has anyone stay in his rv(that he owns) more than a couple of days.
Friend has lived there for years and they have been great to her
Long-term RV spots $600 a month and close to town also , this place is not a mobile home park. It’s an RV park it is much easier to get rid of arrogant people in an RV park, at least in Texas. You can simply use a trespass law they have that specifically cites RV parks and away they go. Mobile home parks are usually the same laws as renting a house in having landlord/tenant rules and a lot more headaches. I say this because in the RV park world, you get all kinds, including "trailer trash" Trailer trash is a mindset, not a judgment of people living in either type of park and those people are insufferable. I have also noticed, at least in the long term parks, that RV parks have more of a sense of community whereas mobile home parks don't really have that unless they have community events
