Lake Point Lodge

This is a Fabulous Hotel ...what makes that so is the Employees/Guest Services...the hotel is very clean with everything needed to have a pleasant stay...the people in the office are some of the best... considering this day and age..they went well beyond to help me plus work with me on my stay or else I would have been homeless..I'd just got out of months of hospital care and rehab for my leg injury when all my social security payments stoped for unknown reasons..therefore it detained my expected wait to get into my new housing...I had no where to go scared to death and only a couple nites stay money on hand and of course it would be a weekend..can't get ahold of government on weekends..so when I showed up on Thursday I explained what had happened to the hotel desk clerk and showed him pro

Immaculately clean, nice service, excellent value and location, spacious rooms, firm and quality bed, and surprisingly wonderful shower pressure all combined for a terrific stay. While this may be controversial, I was also grateful for a true mini Mr. Coffee maker instead of the dreaded, plastic-tasting Keurig. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given Highway 20, but it's not busy at night. I was in the rear on the restaurant side and had absolutely no disturbances or restaurant noise over there. ||I'm in Lake County every other month for work and am glad to have found my regular place. I reserved my next week-long trip during this one, I enjoyed my stay so much. We teach ranch schools very nearby and will recommend this place to all our visiting students. Happy Garden restaura

Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly. This area also felt safe- Walking distance to restaurant and bar. Close to gas station and great in room amenities: work desk, mini fridge and freezer, microwave, full size closet and vanity area separate from bathroom to get ready in. Would definitely stay again if passing by. - Mica W

Overall a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful while the accommodations are pleasant. Sound transfer through adjacent walls does allow for a bit of intrusive annoyance if the other guests are loud. Id honestly say however thats its my best hotel experience in Lake County.

Is this hotel a scam? My email confirmation said I could cancel my reservation by calling the hotel. I called multiple times and no one answered. Not only did no one answer, an auto voice with a British accent said sorry we can’t answer and there was no option to leave a message. The phone connection didn’t ring as a normal phone does either but was a beeping tone. I emailed the hotel and got an auto return email saying the email address did not exist. I then filled out the contact form directly on their website and zero response back. So strange. Don’t book here, I’m thinking you might show up to a closed down hotel.
