Lake Moultrie RV Park & Marina, Cross South Carolina

If I could put zero stars I would. My family parked our camper here for 3 months. This place is absolutely horrible. The ant infestation is out of control along with the managers here. Within 2 weeks I had ants coming out of my camper walls in hordes no matter what I sprayed inside or outside. The managers here are super messy and love to talk about everyone in the campground along with spread everyone’s financial business around. They have gossiped about people not having bank accounts or being late on rent due to personal issues. The office is almost never open and when it is they have their 16 year old running the show. They have done a terrible job replacing the dock themselves (as they are not professionals) and also keeping the park clean. They did not barricade holes in the dock or

This was not an intended stop for us. Unfortunately we had issues with our camper due to a not so nice road. Called here. Becky understood our situation, offered a monthly site while we dealt with insurance. Didn't care that we had kids or pets in a good way! Just told us to come on over. Our kids found other kids in the park to play with. We were able to have a few packages delivered while we stayed here. Becky was nice and answered any questions we had. They have cabins, laundry, playground, bathrooms, fire pit, and docks. We saw no gators during our stay. Saw lots of different birds and some turtles. The only downside to our site was the highway noise but they can't control that.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months while he was on a job in the area. We enjoyed our time here. Becky, the office manager is super nice and responsive. Very easy to work with and a pleasure to be around! We will miss her for sure! The maintenance staff is also very nice and helpful. Anything we needed they were on top of it! The park has lots of beautiful huge trees! It feels very secluded and very safe. We stayed on the side where the office is. It’s close to the road, but the road noise where we were was not an issue at all! We were backed right up to the water and next to two boat ramps! This place is beautiful right on lake moultrie. It is very very peaceful, excellent campground. Becky runs it and is super friendly and accommodating we defiantly going back there.

It is a beautiful rv park, spots are a little tight but its worth it for the quiet. The camp manager its extremely nice.
