Customer Reviews
Update as of 1/17/26: This review is a measured and accurate reflection of our experience and is intended to inform both prospective residents and management. It is difficult to justify calling this park “luxury.” For $945 per month, what you receive is essentially a covered, fenced RV space—nothing more. The dog parks are poorly maintained and do not appear to be regularly mowed or treated. Management has been a growing concern since a recent change. Rules are enforced inconsistently, communication is limited, and resident concerns are often dismissed. What seems to be missing is empathy and understanding of the resident population, which largely consists of retirees and working professionals who value stability, respect, and community. My experience living at this park raised several serious concerns. In roughly fourteen months the property has already gone through multiple park hosts or management changes, resulting in inconsistent rules, shifting policies, and a general lack of stability for residents. Residents originally moved in under the understanding that electricity would be individually metered and that tenants would only pay for electricity used at their own sites. Later, management arbitrarily informed residents that the park’s common-area electrical costs would be divided among tenants, including infrastructure expenses such as lighting and pumps. This raised significant concerns among residents about the fairness and accuracy of the billing practices. Residents were also later presented with a “guest agr
Every park has its pros & cons, but these parks have what none of the others have! Privacy fencing, locking gates, your own shed for storage and this attracts some of the best peeps!! ❤️
We have been here for 4 months and enjoy the quiet. Large spots with a private yard and we are lucky enough to have a covered spot. The shade makes all the difference in the world. It is very clean and we'll maintained. I have yet to have a complaint. Well the traffic getting here is terrible after 3:30 but that has nothing to do with the park.
My husband and I stayed here for several months (we planned to make this our last destination), but we had to relocate for work unfortunately. We loved this park so much. It was very peaceful, easy to get to and from work. Within a 20 minute drive to several major cities for groceries, restaurants, etc. If we just so happen to move back we will definitely be coming back to this park!
