This is my experience. Do not move there . I live there for several months I'll be moving in 2 days because the lady at the office told me that my employee was blasting music loud at the parking spot .Just because the maintenance guy told her . And i asked around the neighborhood that day there was no music he was just leaving some tools at my place .and when I call jer back .she hang the phone on me . She didn't let me tell her that the maintenance guy was always harassing me I never keep the messages from him never thought I would need it .but she has no professionalism at all .. She is trashy and the way she treats people too .... She should run a background on the maintenance guy....so she can keep her mouth shut .before she swear on something she didn't see.she claims s

Lovely office staff and a very well-kept and picturesque park. This is the Lakeview location. Lafon's RV Park manages four separate locations. As is in the name, in Lakeview you have a nice view of Lake Lavon! It is also the largest and best landscaped of the four locations. Management maintains the grass and has planted trees in between each lot. There are also mature shrubs providing privacy from the road and neighboring properties. Lighting at night is fairly good, and everyone abides by the community rules well. Multiple locations for trash disposal are available, a laundry facility is on site, and there is a large dog park/open field with a storm shelter. I've stayed here for four months and have no complaints about neighbors, management, or the area. The roads are rough in Princeto

Clean, friendly people. Office personnel willing to answer questions are very knowledgeable and respectful. Has some nice shaded areas. RV parking on gravel.

Just there to pick up trash, hot and stinky, but other than that it's nice and quiet and clean!
