Lake Hudson Resort

Definitely not as advertised. They are undergoing major construction, which they are adding multiple spots. The pool area is no longer. It is filled in with Dirt, the mini golf area is not maintained and looks like it hasn’t been played in about a year. There is no game room as advertised. The laundry room has really good machines, but two out of four washers do not work and three out of four dryers work. The RV spots are small and definitely need more gravel for the muddy winters. They have an office, but I have never seen anyone in it so any complaints or questions? I honestly do not know who you would contact. Not bad in a pinch. The neighbors are generous and friendly. We stayed at the park from Dec. 2024 to Sept.2025 looked at the website before traveling from Louisiana here to work. Everything looked so nice and just what we was looking for. After arriving to the park I realized all the pictures on the website must have been staged. Looks nothing like what you see . The laundry room was a couple of old washers and dryers broke in what look to be an old barn the game room was all piled up in another room in the same old barn. That high speed internet they advertised you have to pay for. The bath house was something out of a horror movie. Need a spot close to work with a relaxed setting on the lake? Lake Hudson Resort is just the spot for you. Convenient location and nearby lake access make it a perfect place.

Been staying here for almost a month. Great place. Love the extras they have, where most other places don't. Manager is a great guy and helps out as much as possible and stays on top of keeping things running smoothly. I would recommend anyone to go check the place out!

This place is so unwelcoming especially if you have kids they will not allow your kids just to be kids…..if you have a larger family this is not the place for you……. I have never felt more disrespected just for having kids in my life. The only staff he has is an elderly who cleans the restrooms once a day so sweet but is treated awful by management…they really don’t care about the people there they want just their money….he will also try to bribe you to put a 5 star review on here , and he says he will give you $20 off from your lot payment for each review. I don’t care about $20 dollars off. people need to know it’s not a good place to stay worst experience ever. we were there two weeks a year ago it was the worst experience I’ve had in all of our stops since traveling the US
