Hampton Inn & Suites Pryor

The staff is very friendy and helpful and the rooms are clean and well kept, but a little dated, a lot of the carpet squares are coming loose. The only real complaint I have is the lack of maintenance by the owners. One of the elevators has been broken for the two months I have stayed here with no sign of it ever being fixed, which sometimes causes quite a wait. The free breakfast is good and hot, but the milk at breakfast is always about to go out of date. I always worry I'm going to get spoiled milk. Other than those few let downs I would recomend this hotel.

This hotel was OK but we would not return. We stayed in Room 101 and the noise starting at about 3am was non-stop. Banging and clanging, doors opening and closing. I checked out the window multiple times, making sure our car was safe and that a tornado had not descended upon us. I eventually figured out a way to cover my head with a pillow and hope the noise would end. What was so disappointing was that we had a ton of driving to do and did not have the luxury of a nap in our schedule the next day. I would suggest avoiding Room 101 if you have anything to do the next day other than take a long nap. We finally figured out that the banging and clanging we heard was because Room 101 is located immediately next to the breakfast area and the nonstop noise was the kitchen prep for breakfast. Kno

Here we go again - a Hampton Inn not being maintained. Glue-on floor tiles are pulling up, creating trip hazards all over the room, the ac unit is not working properly, the ac wall unit is leaking so badly that frigid cold air is free-flowing into the room, and also allowing constant traffic noise to fill the room at night. The television system (Direct TV) is completely screwed up, and a phone call to the desk was met with “yeah, we have new boxes on order. Hit the red reset button.” This requires an complete reset of the system, with selections that must be made by the hotel staff. How about “I’ll send a staff member to come reset it for you,” instead of a guest becoming your technician??? It's getting a little run down. The carpet squares were coming up in my room. Breakfast is half hazardly put together. Only one elevator was in operation at the time I was there. Only saving grace was beds okay comfy and the receptionist was pleasant.
