Lake Glory Campground

We truly enjoyed our visit to Lake Glory this past weekend. When making our reservation, I told the staff member that I needed something big enough to accommodate our 35' camper, but I failed to mention that we needed 50 amp service. When we got there, we realized my mistake and I went back to the office. The staff member quickly found a spot for us that didn't have sewer, but they do have a dump station, so we were okay with it. I'd rather have my AC, glamper that I am. Anyway, I read some of the reviews on here and some of the complaints are just unwarranted. One person said there were no activities at this campground. I'm not sure why this was an issue, as there are no activities listed as available. Complained no pool....well, there is no pool listed; however, Knoebels does off

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Glory Campground! It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot, my husband even fished right in the lake and caught some largemouth bass and a small catfish. The scenery was absolutely picturesque, especially in the fall with that gorgeous autumn haze that made everything look like something out of Pinterest. The campground itself was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Not every campsite was booked during our stay, which made it feel spacious and not overcrowded. The shuttle to Knoebels was super convenient and a great perk for campers. The only downside was that our tent site was near some campers who stayed up until about 1:15 a.m. our first night and were quite loud. Since we were in a tent, we could hear everything. We Love lake glory campground. We stayed in a cabin. It was so fun and the staff at the office were so kind and informative, especially about the park. Even the bus driver who takes you to Knoebles was so kind and came back for our family bc we weren’t ready at the exact time the bus was leaving. I also appreciate how clean the bathrooms are for a campground. I def recommend this camp ground for families.

The cabins were disappointing. There are nothing but a box with no AC or heat. Bring your own air conditioner or heater. Bring your own mattress as theirs are not very good. The personnel there are fantastic and very very nice. The service there is excellent. Everything in the campsite is fantastic except for the cabins. I on have been going there for 30 years now in my own RV and I've always had a great time. But if you're renting a cabin be prepared for what you get.

This was by far the worst campground experience I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. There was no warm welcome, no guidance—just attitude. It felt like they didn’t want us there at all. The sites were poorly maintained, bathrooms were dirty, and the campground rules were enforced in the most aggressive and inconsistent way possible. To top it all off, the security acted more like patrol officers than campground staff, constantly circling and harassing us for minor things. We came to relax, not to be policed. The service was absolutely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful camping trip. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its guests(Sandy Cove is a great resort)
