Mrs. Mindi, we here at Lake Country have aided you far more than expected on your belongings that you have thrown in the trash yourself. Ma’am we have always enforced our 30 day storage when a guest either leaves or has issues with the law as in your case. Your spouse came to get your belongings, from there has nothing to do with Lake Country Inn. We do thank you for staying.

On way to Houston with 2 screaming kiddos and decided to stop foe the night. What a great decision! The owners were so sweet! Very personable and they even gave me milk for my daughter out of their own fridge! The room was very clean and they let me see it beforehand. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!! We had a great experience!||Stormie Carter

I had the worst experience I stayed a week and the people that worked there was stealing my things during the day my last night there they stole everything ...I complained and told management but nothing was done. Be careful if u decide to stay! I wouldn't! I'm not the first this has happened too. Ricky Wright is the manager and doesn't care.

I love this place. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms are really nice on the inside. The couple that works the front desk are as sweet as they can be. They are pet friendly. They are also very affordable. There a few different gas stations with in walking distance if your are trying to save gas . I do recommend this place. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit center.

just visited january 2021. paid for room, went to room only to discover heater was broken. reported it to office they came looked at it said if inoperative again call office again. heat still not working told cant move to another room because already in this room and no refunds. eventually were moved but not to what had requested (king size bed, smoking) but instead two double beds. Maybe the whole place had five occupied rooms! floors not vacuumed, towels looked unwashed, bathtub not cleaned and constantly dripping, no hand towels, rude rude rude people! temperature outside was 30 degrees and was told had to stay in room with broken heater...utter abusive. will never return!!!
