Hampton Inn & Suites Center

Great hotel, great staff. Everything is clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. What earns them the 5 stars is that they went above and beyond to make me and my coworkers welcome in our extended stay.

The whole hotel stinks, it smells just like a flower nursery! The wifi does not work and you will have absolutely no signal! The A/C worked pretty good and the beds were soft but the carpet in the rooms were so old it was sticky so were flip flops getting out the tub to the bed. The cleaning staff just walked in our room without knocking or looking for the do nor disturb sign that was hanging on the door!!!! It may be better to stay at Holiday located right behind this hotel.

Horrible run down place, many issues with t.v. rooms fridges. Elevator problems, messy Appearance terrible I don't think owners give a darn patch on elevator door frame with metal hanging out. Elevator would not work on third floor, smoke detector batteries removed in room, window opened up all the way in room on 3rd floor (safety issue for kids. Very disappointed and would never go back and would hope nobody will use this trashed out place .can not imagine anyone giving this a decent review, girl at front desk said they are selling it thank god

So to be honest there was absolutely no cell service at this hotel. The floor in the room was nasty I had to wear shoes in the room. The 3rd floor smelled like an oilfield. The tub stopper leaked. Not sure if there was a convention going on here but at one point couldnt find a spot to park. Twice we had the cleaning crew come into our room without knocking one of those was before checkout time.

The hotel is disgusting. The elevators smell musty and dank, the appliances are cheap and too loud for a normal human to sleep, and there are bugs all over the place. I woke up with ants all over my bed. When I went down to the front desk to ask for a new room the front desk didn't act a bit surprised or empathetic that I had bug bites all over my arms.
