Lake Chelan Shores in Chelan, WA by Vacasa

It was amazing. The unit was clean and very spacious. Furniture was all comfy and showers were nice. The pool onsite was clean and the property was well kept. Front desk was very friendly and check in checkout were both super easy and quick. Parking was nice, covered, and close to unit. Units were also well stocked with cleaning goods, linens, and kitchen gear. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great place to stay and relax. The view of the lake was excellent and the swimming pool and hot tub was super!

Imagine threatening to tow a paying guest's car because they simply forgot to put their parking pass up. A reasonable answer would be to contact the guests closest to where the car is parked to find out whose car it is and warn them that their parking pass is not displayed. Spending ten seconds on the phone with some guests to find the owner of the car is vastly better than towing a paying guest's car for a tiny mistake. Anyone with a few brain cells would know that a resort guest is not going to their car every day to check it and will not see the notices placed on their windshield. Going to the grocery store and taking the parking pass off to drive and then forgetting to put it back on is not a legitimate reason to tow someone's car. If these people had any clue how to run a resort

If you're young and you plan to have fun on vacation, it's a very bad idea. It's for retired elderly people because you can't do anything. Not even listening to music. As if our money is not worth it.

A little piece of paradise! Very well kept, Informative staff, didn't even know they were there. We stayed a week and checked out an hour later with permission, and they were very kind! The views are breathtaking! Emaculately kept, beautiful landscaping. Our condo had a lot of stairs! Great exercise! Pool tent was put up 2nd day we were there. Never seen one before, very cool!
