Lake Bomoseen KOA Holiday

The staff is friendly and helpful. The boundaries of the site are not clearly marked. Most of our neighbors were basically taking most of our site and not leaving room for us to be able to move around on our own site. The tent site were extremely rocky and extremely difficult to get tent pegs put in the ground. They have cable so if you’re able to hook up to it, you get it but you get very limited channels and they change constantly what’s available and the picture does not come in very clear. You have access to Internet, but the signal is so weak. You can’t really use it unless you set up by the front gate. They have a game room that’s only open until five. It also has Internet, which is a lot stronger than the Internet that runs throughout the RV park. You pretty much have no cell servic

Let me say that we used to live this KOA. It used to have a large pool, a kiddie pool and a pool with 2 slides. The pool has shrunk to approx. 30x15 and when it’s hot the pool gets over crowded and very unsafe with no supervision for safety. Honestly I’m surprised something bad hasn’t happen already and they haven’t been sued. |This KOA has a few decorations around but, they are so dirty like they’ve been sitting there for a couple of years and never checked on again. A few years ago they had cute little decorations around here and there. Those never got put up. | The bathrooms are closed down at different times other than the stated shut down times to clean them so don’t count on them being open when they say and the women’s bathrooms stink of pee. | They spent money on putting up 5-6 c

Staff was pleasant campground pretty in the trees many residents however internet did not work at all it’s and open site for internet and said not available and we plugged in for cable and got 5 channels all so snowy could not see them at all so not internet and no tv then they had closed bathhouse close to us so had to go full length to office area to shower and though semi clean took 5 minutes to get hot water however first shower I went to after getting ready to go in had literally a trickle of water so had to move everything and go to another which worked well except faucets are next to your right arm so as showering I accidentally hit it and water so hot I could have been scalded if I did not move fast had to try to reach through water to adjust they need to change temp on water heate

Horrible. I stayed in a cabin, i first arrived and there is crumbs on the bed. i than go to sleep and i wake up to find myself surrounded in bed bugs! i instantly got out of the cabin and got in my car and slept there the rest of the night. when i got home the next day i had to throw out sleeping bags, pillows and have to wash and dry clothes on very hot. would t recommend staying in a cabin. There is also no privacy at all.

We were camping so the room 5 stars is for the camp site. It was very clean, level and a good amount of space. The staff was very kind and helpful, you can always locate someone if you need anything. We have enjoyed camping there several times and would recommend it to anyone. Families were enjoying the time as well as singles. As full as the campground was, it was quiet and very enjoyable.
