Made good friends the last 28 years. For those who complain will always complain. Spent the last 28 years going up in every season. Awesome place to slow yer roll and take time of what's more important. Dues are cheap. I charge more for a week rental at our beach house.

Been coming for 41yrs. We still love it! Don't listen to the complainers. Some people don't like rules. We've never had an issue. It's a community with many amenities. Our children grew up coming up here. We have lots of great memories. It's very affordable compared to buying a vacation home. You can't live here permanently but you can enjoy it all year round. Many places like this are April-Nov. LOVE LACA!

Great place to spend our summers. We bought 5 years ago and every summer we're more and more grateful to have found it. Been looking to buy a summer place in PA for years. Too expensive to get a house. This place is perfect. Dues are reasonable. So many amenities. Great for kids and adults. Pool, game room, mini golf, tennis court, basketball court, dog park. So many events over the summer. Also lots to do close by.
