La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler South

Very good in many regards. 4.5 stars if that were an option. Room size was great. Bathroom size was great. Even though I was in the room next to the elevator, I didnt hear a lot of noise - i do bring a noise machine for travel.

Positive: Quietness,no smoking. Breakfast is delicious. Cable TV and housekeeping is great. Negative: The curtains you could see threw them. Someone may can see threw them to.

The room was very clean and smells very good. This hotel was AMAZING from parking lot to the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again 100% no doubt about it. The location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great and the lady that works in the kitchen was sooo nice and sweet. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area. This is what you call a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at this location before. Tyler is our hometown. We moved away about 9 years ago. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Convenient to everything we do. Great restaurants and shopping all within minutes of the location.   Friendly greeting at check in/out. Perfect breakfast (complimentary!)for us. Great staff made us feel right at home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location being off the beaten path just enough to not be inundated by the high volume of traffic. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The hotel common areas were nice and clean. The fitness center was well maintained and clean. The room I stayed in was a King Suite and everything was in perfect working order. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and the lady tending to the breakfast bar was intentional and helpful ensuring everything stayed stocked. I would certainly stay here again.
