La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stillwater-University Area

I would like to say that my previous hotel stays with La Quinta have been great - I was very pleased with everything. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and everything seemed to work just fine: refrigerator, microwave, iron, etc. But, this visit, at the Stillwater La Quinta left a lot to be desired. The TV's volume was barely a whisper and that was with the TV's volume turned all the way up. When the heater kicked on, you couldn't hear the TV at all. I did not file a complaint because I knew I would be leaving at 5am in the morning. However, when I woke up at 4am to take a shower, the level to stop the water from using the bath spigot and to activate the shower was stuck and wouldn't work. Great stay the staff is really nice and accommodating. Will stay with them again. If I could offer some advice please work on breakfast maybe better eggs and more options just a suggestion.

We were expecting no charge for our dog because that is what is advertised but then were charged. Also hot tub & pool closed. No discount for that either. |Rooms are clean , beds soft. |Breakfast ok.|Unfortunately no real butter . Vegetable oil spread.

We needed to be close to the veterinary center of stillwater and this hotel was perfect. The staff were all extremely kind and the hotel was very pet friendly and clean. We stayed monday-thursday so there was not alot of traffic. There is also a nice big area to walk your dogs and they have bags to pick up after your pet in case you forget yours.

I always stay there when I’m in town. Very nice people Who work there. I’ve never had a problem with the room, cleanliness or anything else.
