La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seguin

The check-in and check-out emails were super helpful and made everything so easy! The front desk staff and cleaning team were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, spacious, and looked beautifully remodeled. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the shower was amazing, and the room stayed perfectly cool — which we loved! We didn’t use the pool, but the location couldn’t be better — surrounded by great restaurants, a gas station, and even an urgent care nearby. Overall, this hotel was just what we needed — great price, great location, and a nice place to stay for our little getaway to Seguin! 🌟

to start it off this hotel is disgusting. Missing Outlet covers loose toilet clammy feeling carpet, you could hear the elevator going up and down all night. I checked out ending my three day stay two nights early so I can go get another room. They charge me three nights for a pet fee stating that the pet fee was every night not for my whole stay. I called to rectify the situation and the front desk manager was as rude as possible and did not want anything to do with the conversation. This place needs to be shut down. It’s a trap. It looks decent from the highway but inside is a whole different story||‼️‼️‼️PLEASE STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️

Positive: The staff! They were so kind to my children. I truly appreciate hotel employee going out of his way to find a crib for my baby. Wonderful and kind people with excellent service. Negative: My children woke up with bites on their faces. Not sure if it was a spider, we checked their sheets and didn’t see anything.

It seemed like it was fairly new, cheaply built. It was an OK stay for the money. The room was pretty big and clean, the bed was just acceptable. The people were very friendly. The only thing decent at breakfast is the waffles.| The hotel is non-smoking, which I understood. As a cigar smoker, I would appreciate at least a place to sit down outside and smoke, and they have no such place. Ashtrays outside the doors, no access to the pool area where there is at least is a chair to sit down. All in all it was an OK stay, but I expect in the next couple years it will slide downward.

Found a roach in room. Also rug musty. The compalentry breakfast was watered down waffles mix and machine juice. Also our refrigerator spoiled our food and toilet kept running all night. They made up a ridiculous price of $152 for the night as to my husband didnt know not to book this mess...
