La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham PCB Pier Park area

This hotel was overall a good stay for the price. It could be a little cleaner in some areas, especially the elevators. The employees were very kind and helpful. We had a messy pull out bed and they were very quick to come and replace it. We traveled over 15 hours and they let us into our room a few hours early which was very nice also. Breakfast was good and convenient; maybe they could add some variety. Location is perfect for being less than 5 minutes away to the local beach access. Would stay here again.

Our room did not meet expectations. The bed was dirty, the television had something wrong with it, only a handful of channels work and the rest were frozen digital screens with the image/show frozen. Also, the WiFi wasn’t working to allow us to even use our devices at all. We could not contact our kids back home without walking out to the parking lot. The water pressure was poor and the bathroom floor, sink, and tub were dirty. The beds were not comfortable. We were booked for two nights but only stayed one, leaving 5am and cutting our trip short. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I had a really good experience staying there. The room service was really good. People who worked there were very sweet. No complaints about the breakfast that was provided. Only thing is they didn’t have a variety of options in breakfast.

We wasted our Wyndham Points on this Nasty Hotel. for a overnight stay while traveling . I did not have hot water for a shower then I started realizing there are dead bugs everywhere I am still trying to determine if they are bed bugs or dead fleas from the dogs that may of stayed in the King size bed . I slept on top of the covers sandwiched in-between beach towels . which I will end up throwing away If you do find yourself staying in this location Do NOT UNPACK The Car . What this location needs is a wrecking ball with hopes of a rebuild

Positive: Location Negative: I stay 3 days in this hotel and they did not come and get my trash out or provide me with paper toilets I had to go and ask for it. They should clean rooms daily specially if you comes from the beach every day
