Roaches in the room. Did not clean room before serving new customers. Leftover food still in the fridge. Really bad experience P.s I book a room with my Expedia account for my husband Phan 2/27-2/28. He’s too nice to say anything. But seriously, you guys need to do better.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: The cockroaches in the bathtub were unwelcome guests. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Taxes and fees were surprisingly high, way overpriced for what you get.

Drove 12 hours from Tennessee, was pretty tired when I arrived. Check-in was smooth by a couple of great hosts. (Husband and wife). Room was CLEAN. Hot tub and pool with waterfall was CLEAN. Very nice! Great way to unwind after a long drive. Appreciate all the hard work that went into my stay. With customer service like that, I'd stay again (10 out of 10) times.

This is one of my go to hotels I stay at when working in the area. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, pool is beautiful and hot tub is relaxing. Only thing about some of the rooms is it has an off smell from the air conditioning unit. I dont know if the filters need to be cleaned or it is in the air from outside. I have smelled the same smell from other nearby hotels in the area from the air conditioning units when running. Very friendly staff, parking is well lit and it is easy to access off of the highway. Food options nearby.

My fiance and I chose this spot along a road trip - there were other comparable places at similar and even cheaper price points but for whatever reason we chose this one. That was a mistake.||I walked into a lobby where a man was barefoot and dirty and was behaving erratically, shouting and smashing his fist into his hands, sounding threatening and had been beating on other guests doors..the receptionist was visibly afraid as was I, she was waiting on someone to come and take care of the situation and didnt check us in until 10-15 mins later because of this "situation" where the man would have possibly lashed out at any given moment violently.||Despite the man not listening to their request to sit down or calm down, no police were called that entire time||Finally a manager came and simply
