"Health Hazard – Absolutely Disgusting" Do not stay here. This is one of the worst-maintained hotels I have ever encountered at this price point. * Filth: Found boogers and other bodily fluids on the walls. The "cleaning" is non-existent. The elevator was gross and hadn't been mopped in a long time * Disrepair: The closet door was broken/wouldn't stay shut, and several room fixtures were non-functional. * Exterior: The side walkway was covered in dog waste. * Breakfast: Barely edible. Low-quality bread, powdered eggs, and "coffee" that tasted like flavored water. The only saving graces were the friendly staff and the fact that it was quiet enough to sleep. Had good stay cool staff nice place

Due to my furnace failing and luckily waking up to the carbon monoxide. I had stayed nights at the hotel. Myself and my shitzu. They are very nice and helpful. My dog loves them. Breakfast was great. When there was an issue,they were on it and quickly repaired Washer and dryer for guests,the pool is nice. After this years nor easter they have jumped on getting more snow removal. They are very proactive. My dog and I are a bit sad checking out after 3 wks. Highly recommend. I went to one in Norwich the first week and it was more expensive and had no soap no breakfast, nothing. La Quinta will always be the one I recommend. Dog appointment**"**

I booked the third party and one of my crew couldn't make it on time. So I understand that they will keep the money for that not and can't refund it. But they also kept the money for the second night.I wouldn't refund it. I stayed here before for a month at a time.But I guess is that wasr other owner's. These people are hateful, and really RUDE. THEY WALKED IN MY ROOM AT MIDNIGHT WITHOUT KNOCKING. AND I GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH HIM ABOUT HOW THEY TREATED ME AT TWELVE O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. truly shitty people to deal with.
