La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Naples East (I-75)

The hotel is in a serious state of neglect. The rooms are extremely outdated, and the furniture is old and visibly worn. The bathroom facilities were unacceptable — both the shower and sink only provided very hot water, making it impossible to use cold or even warm water during my stay. The breakfast was very disappointing, consisting only of sausages, eggs, and canned vegetables. Considering we paid approximately $340 for our stay, the overall experience did not come close to justifying the price. The level of comfort, maintenance, and quality fell far below basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The corridors, the lift and the rooms themselves seem to be never cleaned. Even after getting the room cleaned, the room was dirty. ||The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy. There were no toiletries except for hand soap. |What a waste of money!

This is a horrible hotel, they say its pet friendly and its not! They will kick you out for leaving your “pet unattended “ even if you step away from 1 hr and your dog is barking due to construction they were doing!. They do not give you a courtesy call to alert you nor nothing! They will deactivate your key when you get back to the room and realize why you cant get in. Upon going to the front desk they told me i have to vacate the premises because we left the dog unattended and people were complaining.Mind you people around the room at that time was construction/maintenance people making lots of noise and talking loud! Of course its normal for a pet to bark when hearing strange noises . Lousy place!! . If its a pet friendly hotel they should know dogs are going to bark for any sound noise

Mold and management knew about it and refused to switch our room. Both my boyfriend and I got ill from the exposure. I had a high fever and cough , he had the cough but no fever. The room had the water turned off and ac off upon arrival. When they turned these things on, the leak started and the ac unit was probably filled with mold from negligence. Outside the door there was a bucket collecting water from the leaking pipe. They thought we had left and set things up a little too soon. We took pictures and even showed management what they were trying to b otherwise hide from customers. The woman at the front desk handled the v situation very badly/un professionally. We had to leave at a very late time since she wouldn't compromise and move us up to a floor and room withou
