La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Summerlin Tech

i would never recommend staying here. stayed for a sports tournament and all of the families had issues. room reeked of dog urine, so bad I was sick. Also had TVs on the floor and not hooked up. I asked for another room and was told there were none. When I asked for the first room one of our families moved out of (because TVs were also on the floor and lights didn't work), she said she couldn’t. then went and looked at another room on bottom floor and said that they TVs were on the bed, but I could have that room in the morning. I called at noon to ask if I could move to the new room and was told that hotel was full and that I couldn’t move – then I told her I knew she was lying because I saw that the room on the first floor was empty last night, she told me she would call me back. An hour

Positive: The coffee and breakfast. Negative: Our Christmas packages were stolen from our car. The water was turned off from 9am to 9 pm no compensation for such an inconvenience No shower toilets didn’t flush the bed springs would creek with any movement the hotel abuts a busy highway noise level 10

Needed emergency housing for the weekend and the hotel quickly accommodated my family. The staff was pleasant wit work with and the rooms and amenities were clean and enjoyable. It was within my area so it worked out perfectly.

We were fortunate to book a last minute room here on New Year's Eve. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the strip, but we could see the fireworks from our fifth floor window. That was cool. The room should have been cleaner, especially the bathroom walls. The long stray hairs in the bed also grossed me out. The breakfast area is large but can get crowded. The pool looked nice, but we couldn't get into the area with our key.

Was not happy with the cost vs the property. The overall athletics was good and clean. Had a few problems with the room. Water damage a sink that would not drain(reported and not resolved), and the tv( problem resolved). Provided shampoo and conditioner seemed extremely watered down. I would not recomend
