La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Red Rock

The hotel may be on the older side, but the location and especially the front-end/kitchen staff make this our go-to hotel when visiting Las Vegas. We have not had any personal interactions with the housekeeping staff, but the hotel and our rooms are always clean. The parking areas are well lit and there are ample spaces. No phony "Resort" or "Parking" fees. We have stay here multiple times throughout the years and have never had a problem with safety. Problem resolution is swift and satisfactory.

We stayed at La Quinta for the first time to be closer to our daughter's place. The building is getting older, but the staff is so helpful and welcoming they make you feel at home. The room is very spacious. A non-slip mat in the shower is welcome as we get older. There is an awesome coffee place across the parking lot. And staying off the strip means Free Parking! Hallelujah.

Clean room. Smoke free. Complimentary breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc), 24/7 pool/hot tub. Working Fridge and microwave in room. Free coffee 24/7. Tub. Free WiFi, air conditioning. Laundromat $2 to wash $2 to dry. Everything we needed right on sight, included in our fee. Honestly, this place was way more economical and efficient than a lot of fancy resort rooms. Book your stay here for cheaper and it’s the same thing as double the fee elsewhere. Hardworking, friendly staff. Would book again!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk associate to confirm the total amount she was charging me. She assured me it was correct, but 15 minutes later when I checked my bank account, I realized she had only charged me for one night instead of two. I had to call back to correct the mistake myself to avoid any future confusion or issues. There were several other problems during my stay. The shower floor squeaked loudly every time someone used it, and it felt like I was stepping on loose or cracked flooring. The entire hotel is very outdated and in need of major updates. For comparison, I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton the night before for $100 total and had a room that was double the size and much more comfortable. Chec
