La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville North I-75

I recommend Knoxville LaQuinta. It’s in a great location. Liquor store close by, and plenty of food options. The beds are extremely comfortable and they are not stingy on the amount of pillows. I particularly liked the luxury vinyl tile over carpet. Some of the furniture was weathered, but extremely functional. I wished they had a freezer in this room refrigerator to freeze my travel ice packs. The night manager was so personable and nice!

Hotel did not have enough towels for sleeping rooms or the pool. They also ran out of food for the breakfast buffet. Day time front desk clerk was rude to several guests trying to check in. Chris the night clerk was very cheerful and helpful.

I need a manager or corporate office employee to contact me over my stay from last night November 29th-30th. This hotel should embarrass the entire company. I sent an email to the address given to me by the front desk employee but I have yet to get a response. I'm expecting a response by tomorrow afternoon. My stay should be refunded and complimentary stay at other hotels should be offered. I'm being very serious and if no one contacts me by tomorrow I'll post the pictures I emailed here as well. The bathroom shower soap dispenser was empty. So that was fun this morning taking a shower. Not one thing about this hotel represents nearly $200 for a night. Positive: Gal checked me In was quite helpful.. Negative: The floor in my room Cerry dirty& needed to be thoroughly mopped. Housekeeping should've checked room sooner, ran out of Toilet paper, in 3--3.5 Days!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. NO 8Absolutely terrible human beings. They literally talked me into booking the room while I was standing in the lobby and then preceded to tell me they wanted a $200 deposit on top of the $100 room because I was only 40 miles away from where I live. They would not refund the room and also were extremely rude and dishonest. If the hotel is in any kind of shape like the management and owner I'm sure it's nasty and vile like their customer service skills. DO NOT STAY HERE BUYER BEWARE
