La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth North

This was the worst hotel. Nothing worked in my room. I advise the front desk staff, and I was fed nothing but lies about everything. I requested a bathtub but was placed in a room with a shower.And when I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there are no other rooms available.They were booked solid. But when I returned my key within a couple of hours and said I wanted a full refund, I was told I could be moved to another room. But I was just told a lie that there are no rooms available. My hotel room was not clean..there was a crack in the ceiling..holes in the curtains. It was the worst.

Service was friendly and good location but would not stay again! Stayed here only because my daughter’s sports team stayed. Room was spacious but extremely dated. All furniture was chipped. Floors were dirty especially in the bathroom. Tub seemed dirty. An unused towel I put on the floor had a dirty stain on it. Elevators were very raggedy. Hotel needs a renovation desperately! Lobby and fitness area are nice but that does NOT depict the rest of the hotel at all!!! Very run down!! Air was not cool without being constantly on. This is not the type of hotel I’d typically stay in anyways, so never again, but wouldn’t recommend!

Our hotel room shower had lube warm water at best. When I told the front desk the guy said he would tell maintenance. But no one came nor were we offered a new room. We had to take cold showers for 3 days.

Nice greeting, front area and Matt dirty. Beautiful lobby and great room. Very good beds and clean bathroom. Elevators very dirty, hallways the same. Breakfast was terrible , burnt eggs, cold biscuits, under cooked sausage. Good coffee, but ran out at 8am. Good value if you overlook the issues.

What I’m about to write actually happened. So we arrived at the hotel and the first thing we noticed was the room had a bad smell. Therefore, my partner decided to spray the room with febreze. Then I went to use the restroom where there was black mold in the shower and crap stain on the toilet boil. I then proceeded to clean it myself. From there we noticed how thin the walls were we could hear people outside our room. Then of course the door peep hole has paper filled in it. From there we laid on the bed where “male produced liquid” was on the bed frame and yellow stain on the pillow case. I then spoke with the front desk person named Alex where he claimed that he was not able to offer us a refund nor a different room. Despite every single thing mentioned. Alex asked I could write my na
