La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Worth Arlington West

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions of the hotel room we were assigned during our recent stay. Initially, we were required to report an issue with our original room 409 due to the complete lack of hot water. While we appreciated being moved to another room 309, the replacement room was in significantly worse condition and clearly not suitable for guests. The room showed extensive damage, including drywall deterioration on all walls with visible cracks throughout. The bathroom had broken tiles, a broken mirror, and missing fixtures. In addition, decorative picture frames were missing, further highlighting the poor state of maintenance and overall neglect of the room. I was running late and called the front desk. Denetto...I think that's how you spell it .. was amazing. I was stressed and worried that I was not going to make it on time, but he assured me that everything will be OK and just come by safe. When I made it to the location, he kept me laughing and smiling. Because of him, I would return to this location, only if he's working.

One of if not the best Laquintas I've stayed at and its usually my go to when we travel which we do quite a bit. It's clean, well maintained, in a convenient location, and the staff os always very friendly and courteous. Jennifer at the front desk in particular is a blessing. So very friendly, helpful and congenial. She is amazing at her job. All the staff are great here. I highly recommend this place!

The room was spacious, nice comfy bed and the pillows were actually really nice. The breakfast was ok, not the same lady that takes care of it during the week but still ok. I love that this hotel is very clean and tidy. I always stay here when I am in the metroplex!

This hotel is about what you might expect from LaQuinta- nice room, comfortable mattress, very clean, friendly staff. It is a smaller property but well equipped. It has a small fitness room, outdoor pool with separate hot tub, and a business center. They also had 2 coin operated washers and dryers for guests to use. Great location right off of I-30 between Ft. Worth and Arlington, close to many local destinations. There is also a Walmart within easy walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Arlington.
