La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West

Great room location on ground floor was nice with close access to outside dog-walking area. 24/7 coffee in lobby was especially nice. Front desk AM and PM associates were friendly and professional. Lower pet deposit than some other comparable hotels.

We had requested an accessible room because my husband has balance issues and walks full time with a cane. The request was not honored and had to take a non accessible room, which was very inconvenient.

Room was infested with roaches- this means the entire hotel has roaches, stains on the floor and the carpet clearly had not been shampooed in a very long time. Upon entering, there’s a dirty smell that hits you right in the nose unless housekeeping just mopped. It was budget friendly compared to other places in the area but like the saying goes:you get what you pay for ( and sometimes you don’t). This pkace was much better than expected. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good as well. My friend however did get a room on the 2nd floor and the hallway had a very pungent ofer, but good thing i was on the 3rd floor. Lol. I would come back.
