EDITED REVIEW latest stay This was our 4th and last time to stay here. Never again. We tried to leave our room to go to Dr's appointment. The door would NOT open from the inside. We jerked, we pulled, we pushed and pulled...the door would not open. What if there had been a fire!! There was no dial tone on the room phone (found out from another guest that none of the room phones have worked in the week he had been staying here) so I tried calling the desk from my cell phone. As is normal, no one at the desk answered. So I called customer service at BringFido dot com (room booked through them). She called the desk and the manager sent someone down to open the door from the outside. What if there had been a fire during the night? In hindsight, I should've called 911 so I could make

The pool is closed. It's been closed for years. I spoke to someone that works there. The city wants them to fix the bottom and sides of the pool. It's an, ok, hotel. Location is great. Lots of food choices nearby. It can get a little loud at times because of the construction workers that stay often. They will sit out in the courtyard and drink. Leave their trash everywhere for housekeeping or maintenance to clean up. Just plan disrespectful, clean up after yourselves. Other than that they don't cause problems and don't party all night. The rooms are nice. There's a widow that will open. Water pressure could be better. All in all, I would stay again.

I use to come here all the time and never had a problem, the staff is very nice, but i decided to come back and stay for 2 nights after being in the room for a few hours my husband complained something was biting here after checking the bed we noticed a bed bug i then called the front desk and asked if we could move to a different place room, the man at the front desk was very nice and understanding and had us moved. After being in a new room we noticed the microwave either didn’t work or had a shortage to it so we didn’t use it, im sure the room we moved to also had bed bugs as well i didnt see anymore but there was more bumps and after checking out today my 3 year old is covered in red spots all over his body. I called the hotel back the lady who answered the phone was very short didn’t

These three nights were better than before and cleaner. The price I appreciate but want a cheaper rate.The area was a little loud but it was the holiday week and weekend of the new years 2026. But the other vulgar loud noise the Smith county police are and have been notified about the stalking, harassment of the James pringle, and Shameka Ann Hudson, Thelma Lorraine, Jacrystapher Pringle, keiasha Hudson and many others. But area was calm and no I didn't get hurt. The location is a great area.

This was a very nice and cheap hotel. The pool was closed, the toilet paper was super thin, and the bathroom door was breaking, but none of that bothered us much. It’s probably what keeps the rates down. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was quite nice with boiled eggs, pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and more. Great location too!
