Customer Reviews
I had an interesting experience during check-in at the La Cienega Motel. The first staff member told me I needed to pay in cash, even though I had already booked and received a receipt from Priceline, which indicated I had been charged. I tried reaching Priceline customer service to clarify the situation, but it was difficult to get through. Meanwhile, the motel staff insisted the room hadn’t been paid for. It was a frustrating and tiring back-and-forth after a long distance driving. Eventually, I was able to speak with a Priceline representative, who informed me that I was supposed to pay the motel directly at check-in. This was confusing, especially since I had a receipt from Priceline showing a charge. As for the stay itself, it was okay. The room and bathroom were clean, and overall, t
Absolutely terrible experience. I paid $120 for the room, checked in around 1:30 PM, and when I returned to room 114 at 2 AM, I found cockroaches. The manager refused to give me another room or a refund, so I just left and went to another hotel. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
Around $90 per night for a single person. Very clean and remodeled room. On site parking and quiet. It's close to the 10 freeway and Beverly Hills. I always stay here when visiting Los Angeles and they let you check in early afternoon. I've never needed a reservation.
Not the best bed but nice king size room that is clean. Nice that you can park right in front of your door. Very reasonably priced
This is like the cheapest hotel in this area at about $100 a night. They don't require a card deposit upon check-in, which is rare and definitely a plus. The rooms are very basic, but clean. I saw no bugs. There is only a top sheet and a very thin bedspread , no blankets. Two things bothered me. First was that there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet onto the floor, so not very sanitary. Second was that the fan motor in the air conditioner needed to be replaced as it made a loud grinding sound, making a good night's sleep impossible. I told the attendant about both before I left, but he didn't pay it much mind. The area has nothing to offer and it isn't convenient to anything, but I've been in worse places that cost more,
