Mean Lady Goes Around Yelling At Residents At The Top Of Her Lungs/ Landlord Harassment/ No Adequate Parking Provided By The Mobile Home Community And Will Punish Residents For It. Even If It's Not Your Fault.
New owners let the place run down.. not suitable for college kids anymore and there's code violations at every trailer.
Watch out there are two parts to this same mobile home park with the same address a mile apart. This one has #300 and higher.
Very bad place there manager is mean and they don’t care how you feel I don’t recommend
Looks like a nice safe place to live
