Kokopelli Suites

Nice accommodations in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the family of deer coming by each morning and evening. We enjoyed dinners on the back patio and hot tubbing in the evenings after our day adventures. My 4-stars is only because one of the bedrooms does not have an A/C unit and felt stuffy at night. The A/C coming from the living area wasn't enough to cool the room completely. Day time temps were mid-90's. It cooled down quite a bit at night, so we ended up opening the bedroom window after 10pm and letting air in that way. By morning, it felt nice again. I would recommend staying here, as the location is great, the managers were attentive and personable and we had plenty of space and it felt like a little home away from home.

After renting here during Easter Jeep Safari for a week or two every year for 15 years, the new owners raised the prices by almost double. The hot tub doesn't work and nothing has been updated. Local management is fine, but the greed of the main office in California will keep us from staying here again. For the price, go get a brand new room at one of the new hotels in town for less money.

Great little suite in Moab. Bedroom stayed pretty warm because the AC is a mini-split system so I needed a box fan to pull the cool air in from the living area. Would absolutely come back!

Great place to stay! There was a kitchen in the suite so we did not have to eat out every meal. The check in process was easy and the owner was very nice. We will go back next time we go to Moab.
