Knotty Pine Cabins

We stayed 2 nights and loved it! 1st night we have the entire grounds to ourselves (on a Thursday). We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and be alone. It was peaceful and relaxing. There is no cell service at the cabins. Pond is nice and close. Caught mostly bluegill but caught one largemouth. We stayed in the "Lodge" cabin and it was clean and roomy for a couple. The loft appears to be very small and not much room for standing up but in all fairness we didn't go up so that might just be our perspective from below. There is a rollaway bed available. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was a washer and dryer. The new owners are friendly, helpful, and nice. Our only negative was that there are 3 cabins on one small piece of property (maybe 2 acres) and the cabin

Traveling with a friend and stayed at this location. We would absolutely stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedding was nice, the bathroom had extras like a pretty floor mat and extra supplies. Although it didn't have AC, there were three fans in the unit that were plenty sufficient.

We enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend! There was plenty for the kids to do. They loved fishing and the hot tub, and it’s just a short walk to the creek so they could swim. Cabin was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 5! We will definitely be staying again! The owners are super friendly and very helpful! It’s only a short drive to Longs retreat.

The owners, John and Jeri are amazing! Not only are they a pleasure to work with during the reservation process, they also keep the cabins very nice and when our A/C unit went out, they drove 2 hours each way at 10pm to put a new unit in. This was our second stay at their cabins and we will definitely be staying there again! Thank you for everything you did to make our stay comfortable.

We used to go here just to get away have a nicer quite night, fishing/frog gigging, and of course some hot tubbing. They even left journals in the cabins so that whoever staying there can document how they're experience was. I think that was a great idea, my that is my favorite part of staying there, I get to set and relax do some fishing, and read everyone else's experience. It's a must visit place if you like being in the country and fishing, BBQ, horseshoe, hot tubbing or what ever relax you, you can even bring your at and ride. Any way we love the place.
