Knights Inn South Hackensack

No courtesy, no apologies, no help, I've seen better hotels in the hood. Apart from people pissing in the hallways. "Thank God I didnt bring my children". The room looked like pure trash. Never seen a worse hotel in my 33 years of living. I stayed for a hours. Debating if I should suck it up or take a loss and go elsewhere. I couldn't take it anymore. Asked for a refund. Even told them keep 2 hours I was there and refund the rest. Didnt care doesnt matter. I would like to see these workers stay there with there families and see how they feel. Should of took more pics. But what I have should do enough justice.

This place was awful. The front office is full of garbage and the check-in guys was behind what appeared to be bullet-proof glass. Lots of advertising that they have naloxone kits available for drug overdoses.|The room itself was pretty grungy but the weirdest part was that there were burn holes in everything! The blankets, the desk, and even the shower curtain had multiple burn holes.|We did not experience bed bugs but people were checking out whose arms and legs had clearly been eaten by bugs.|I had to apologize repeatedly to my wife for booking here.|It was a really low price, but still not worth it.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. There was cocaine in my hotel room drawer and blood on the wall and we went to get a refund and there was a huge problem. We didn’t get one apology from the front desk guy and he didn’t even acknowledge my family and I. Luckily there were no kids with us I never seen anything like it. Then after speaking and struggling to get an agreement on getting a refund he wouldn’t give us proof of the refund. The refund never came into our account then the hotel claimed they never said they will give us one. Ridiculous. Save your time and money you will be better off sleeping in a bus station!

If I could give them negative stars I would. In all my years on this planet and all my adult life, I have NEVER been to a worse place. The front desk clerk was polite but that's the ONLY good thing. The rooms are FILTHY, the carpets looks as if they have never heard of a vacuum cleaner. The walls appear to not have been wiped down in decades. The mattresses are all stained horribly, the drawers are filthy, the rooms smell like a crack house (my apologies to crack houses). This whole place should be torn down and made into a parking lot or the rooms made free to the homeless. I don't normally leave bad reviews but these were the nicest things I could say about this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE. Everybody that works there was incredibly rude. I paid $104 to stay there one night we asked for more towels because they only gave us two and there was four girls staying in the room and we asked for extra towels. The housekeeper woman gave us two more towels, walked into a hotel room without asking. She’s open it with her own key there were already two towels in there are 2 towels in there we’re which were filthy I was like 2+2 is four.. we had to ask the man in the lobby for different times for somebody to come up and fix the AC and the AC was absolutely filthy. There were so much dust and mold in that room.
