Knights Inn South Amboy

I am writing to formally share my disappointment regarding my recent stay from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. After a long day, I only needed a clean and comfortable room to rest for a few hours, but unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable. Although I requested a non-smoking room, the room I was given had a strong smell of cigarettes and mold. The bathroom and overall room conditions were very poor and clearly in need of an urgent deep cleaning. On top of that, the customer service I received was extremely unhelpful and did not reflect basic hospitality standards. I left dissatisfied and deeply disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the accommodations. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed immediately, as the conditions I encountered should not be acceptable for any guest.

Positive: There?s nothing I liked about the hotel. Negative: Very hard to drive to hotel. Houses section 8 couples, fluid stain furniture, bathroom window wouldn?t close, shower curtain was horribly ripped.

They have roaches. Bad. And the process are never right. I got a deal online and they told i still have to 100$ for a weekday

Service is still excellent… The best motel to stay in New Jersey… The management and staff is top notch and always addresses any issues you may have...||||The guests are also pleasant. Excellent tv channels to choose from such as USA Network and Lifetime...

Needed a room for the night and the rate and location were perfect. Overall, it was pleasant and efficient. The AC was CRANKING! The only note I could make was bring your own toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. Also the internet for the T.V. was spotty at best but I was not there to watch T.V. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
