The Owner Is the Rudest and Most Unprofessional Person I’ve Ever Met If I could give zero stars to Amboy Motel, I would. The owner’s attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of treating guests with respect, he acts like he’s doing you a favor just by letting you stay there. His behavior is rude, careless, and full of attitude. When you try to ask for help or point out a problem, he talks back instead of fixing anything. The rooms are disgusting — dirty floors, stained sheets, and a smell that hits you as soon as you open the door. It’s clear the owner doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality. It honestly feels like he runs this place just to take people’s money and doesn’t care what condition they live in. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind,

I was in a situation where I lost my apartment and car keys; & it was midnight on a Tuesday. After trying out different websites, they were only allowing reservations beginning‘Wednesday’. Called the Amboy & soooo grateful the owner picked up, got me a room & took care of me. The young lady who checked me in was also nice and helpful. Rooms were spotless, heater worked like a champ. Thanks again for being awesome!

Was wonderful. Clean,quiet no loud music and noisey neighbors. Everybody was courteous and hospitable felt like I was living in simpler times. Like I was in Mayberry

Even the attendant at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. He freaked out when I asked for extra toilet paper. Bed-bugs will keep you warm at night if you like to sleep next to these critters.

I did not rent the room because I just talked to the reception by phone and I was asking that If I rent a room at 10 pm at what time they wake me up and he said at 11 and it says but if I want more hour he said that I have to rent for another day which doesn't make sense for me and he was very rude to me then after this he said that there was not room available I don't think this is way to treat customer I gave them one start because it was mandatory to do so if not I would not give any. Advise be polite to customer
