Knights Inn Palmyra

The room did smell. Biggest problem was the actual price. At $110 a night, it was far higher than listed. What's worse is the way they charged 2 extra nights. Then the attitude given when confronted about it was disgusting. The fact that there was clear anger when asked to credit the account was infuriating. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. If you choose to stay here, keep your eye on the charges. Better yet, don't go here at all.

We attempted to stay at the Knights Inn Palmyra on September 20, 2024 overnight for a concert in Hershey. Room 226. Our reservation was under my husband’s name. What I will say is, please believe the negative reviews and do NOT stay here. It looks tempting because it is priced significantly less than other hotels in the area. But do NOT waste your money. ||Upon entering our room, it was clear that the pictures online are not representative of what our room looked like. I can’t speak for other rooms in the hotel, but our room was old, filthy, and filled with BUGS. The walls, window, and curtains were covered in stink bugs. I would approximate 30 or so stink bugs. I spent 15 minutes collecting them with toilet paper and flushing them down the toilet. ||Being skeeved out, I looked around the

Stayed here after a concert at Hershey stadium and it was fine for one night. Beds are very comfortable. Not pleased with the smell of the room and the water was not hot for my shower. Also, not that it’s a big deal, but the one green wall was hideous and the carpet was just as ugly. It was nice to have lots of restaurants right near by. We enjoyed Asian food at Kylin and breakfast at funck’s.

I checked in, came to my room the TV was not secured to the wall I told the front desk and he came and secured it. The lights went off, told the front desk and he was on top of it. There is no smoke detector in the room, and the rooms are dated. But its clean, and the issues I had with the tv and the power were resolved with no hesitation. The service was amazing. Thank you.
